By accessing and using ClipLoom ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

ClipLoom provides AI-powered watermark removal services for video content. The Service includes both web-based interface and API access for automated processing.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Only process videos that you own or have explicit permission to modify
Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Not violate any laws in your jurisdiction regarding copyright and intellectual property
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
Not abuse or overload our systems through excessive API calls or automated requests

4. Copyright and Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the videos you upload. ClipLoom does not claim ownership of your content. However, by using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your videos for the purpose of providing the watermark removal service.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to remove watermarks from any content you process through our Service.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial months. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Service Limitations

Video processing limits, file size restrictions, and resolution caps are determined by your subscription tier. We reserve the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice.

7. Data Storage and Deletion

Uploaded videos are automatically deleted from our servers 30 days after processing. Processed videos are available for download for 30 days. We are not responsible for data loss after this period.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

ClipLoom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
